A lot of roofers see a flat roof as trouble. We do not. A flat roof fails when it is badly laid, badly drained or left to pond, and all three are avoidable if the work is done properly.
We repair and replace flat roofs on garages, extensions, dormers, porches and commercial units. That includes new decking and insulation where needed, correct falls so the water runs to the outlets, and a covering suited to the job, from high-performance felt to modern single-ply and GRP systems. Roof lights and lanterns are fitted and flashed in properly.
If your flat roof is leaking we will tell you honestly whether it can be patched or needs replacing, and give you prices for both. We are not in the business of stripping roofs that can be repaired.

Can a leaking flat roof be repaired?
Often, yes. If the covering is sound and the problem is a split, a joint or a blocked outlet, a repair will do. If the deck is soft or the covering has perished across the roof, replacement is the honest answer. We will tell you which.
How long does a new flat roof last?
A properly laid modern flat roof should last 20 to 30 years. Ours come with a 10-year guarantee as standard.
Can you fit a roof light?
Yes. We fit and flash in roof lights and lanterns as part of a new flat roof or into an existing one.
