Your roof is the most exposed part of your house. A slipped tile or a cracked piece of lead lets water in, and left alone that turns into rotten timber, damp ceilings and a much bigger bill. The sooner it is sorted, the smaller the job.
We start by finding the actual cause. Leaks rarely show up directly under the fault, so we go up, look at the whole roof and trace where the water is getting in rather than guessing from the stain on the ceiling. We take photos so you can see what we have found.
Then we fix it: replacing broken tiles or slates, re-bedding ridge and verge tiles, renewing felt and battens where they have gone, re-dressing or replacing lead flashing, and clearing valleys and gutters so the water goes where it should.
Every repair is tested before we leave and comes with a minimum 10-year guarantee. We work on domestic and commercial roofs across Berkshire, Hampshire and Surrey, and we run a 24-hour call-out for emergencies.
