Century Roofing repairs and replaces flat roofs across north-east Hampshire, including Yateley, Fleet, Farnborough, Hook, Blackwater and Basingstoke. We are based just over the border in Finchampstead.
Garages, extensions and dormers
Most flat roofs we see in Hampshire are over garages, kitchen and rear extensions and dormers, many of them laid in felt thirty or forty years ago. Felt that old cracks, blisters and lets water pond, and once water gets into the decking the boards underneath start to rot. We tell you honestly whether a roof can be patched or needs replacing, and give you prices for both.
What a new flat roof from us includes
New decking and insulation where it is needed, the correct falls so water runs to the outlet instead of sitting on the roof, and a covering suited to the job: high-performance felt, single-ply membrane or GRP fibreglass. Roof lights and lanterns are fitted and flashed in properly. We also handle commercial flat roofs on shops, offices and units across the area.
Every flat roof we lay comes with a minimum 10-year insurance-backed guarantee. Ring 07915 556495 for a free look and a written estimate. Based in Berkshire? See flat roofing in Berkshire.
