When to repair and when to replace
A small split or a failed seam on a flat roof can often be repaired. A roof that ponds water, has soft spots underfoot or has been patched several times usually needs replacing, because the problem is the deck or the falls, not just the surface. We go up, check the whole roof and tell you which yours is, with photos and a written price for each option.
Built to drain and to last
On a replacement we strip back to the joists where needed, fit new decking and insulation, build in proper falls to the gutter or outlet and finish in the covering that suits the roof: felt, single-ply or GRP. That goes for garage roofs, extensions, dormers, porches and commercial buildings alike. Roof lights and lanterns are flashed in properly so they do not become the next leak.
